Real Estates

Efficient property maintenance for real estates, including tenant coordination and bond repairs.

We do everything including contacting the tenants and arranging a suitable time and collect the keys if necessary. We are experienced in working on a “do not exceed” basis and can provide a quote if work is likely to exceed the agreed limit. We are experienced in bond repairs and work within the owners scope of work and budget. We can bill the tenant or claim the cost from the bond. We carry out our work quickly and to a high standard.
