"Our Body Corporate has had a few tricky water ingress issues that have developed over the last few years and during rain events. It has been difficult, almost impossible, to find suitable tradespeople to firstly assess the issues with any degree of expertise, let alone follow through with planning, quoting, and completing the identified scope of works. Tony and his team have been incredible. As a registered builder and certified waterproofer, Tony himself has attended the premises personally on several occasions to inspect and provide the advice needed to all affected unit holders, as well as answer questions and concerns raised. This required a degree of sensitivity and excellent communication skills, all of which Tony has consistently demonstrated. The tradespeople Tony allocated to completing works that affected our unit specifically were amazing. They arrived on time, were considerate and courteous, and managed the job site effectively, ensuring it was always left clean and tidy at the conclusion of each day’s work. More importantly, they engaged us in discussions about what they were doing and why, considered our input, and provided options when possible. Quite simply, they were just bloody good tradies who do a really great job and care about doing a good job. So thank you, Matt and Hoppa. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We would say that Handee Solutions has been an absolute find, particularly in a context where getting decent trades is so difficult (and we have been let down by others more than once). Combined with quotes that are reasonable considering supply chain shortages and high cost-of-living pressures, their high standard of service, communication, and pride in their completed work means we have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking for the same."
